The above items need to be brought to class everyday!

All homework is due the following day unless specified

otherwise. I will not give homework on Fridays or over

holidays. Enjoy your family.

I use percentages for grades. Grades consist of

homework and tests. Many students want to

know their average in a class. Progress reports

every two weeks most of the time give them the

information they need. If you would like a progress

report at any time throughout the nine weeks, please let

me know.

I keep all grades in my grade book and on the

computer. Teachers are required to keep track of grades

on the computer. The computer program is connected to

the report card software.

This is the key to success, if used as intended, at the

Middle school. The planner should be with the

student at all times. An organized student will write

his/her assignments in the planner, show a parent or

guardian the planner, and do the work. He/she will be

successful! Class periods allow time for the student to

write the assignment in the planner. The assignments

are listed on the board too. A parent’s signature is requested each night. Please take a couple minutes to look at it.

Your child is expected to come to class on time, be prepared for class, pay attention and be respectful.
