Things to know about Mrs. Lindemuth

Hello, my name is Mrs. Lindemuth and I teach first grade at South St. Marys Elementary School. I have been teaching for 12 years. For two years I taught at St. Catherine's in Dubois and then I became the Auxiliary High School teacher. I was the teacher of that program for four years.
I love seeing the enthusiasm students have at this lower level. They are eager to learn and I am eager to teach them.
My goal is to have each child learn something new each day. Another goal of mine is to encourage students to find something special about them and be proud of it. Kids need to know that they can make a difference and they all have special gifts to share.
Besides teaching I love to spend time with my husband, Kevin, and my three children (Jackson -8, Carter - 7 and Jade -5). We enjoy playing soccer, baseball, football, golfing, board games, and riding 4-wheelers.
Here are a few of my favorite things:
Favorite Authors: Eric Carle, Mercer Mayer, and Jan Brett
Favorite Subject: Math
Favorite Restaurants: Red Lobster, Ruby Tuesdays, Hoss'
Favorite Color: green and burgundy
